iCONN HRM is built to cater to complex HR requirements and these processes include from time tracking, leave management to managing payroll. You can also keep track on all employee related activities with regard to time in & out, hours worked, absenteeism and overtime calculation. Moreover, automate and streamline your leave management process through iCONN HRM. This automates employee requests by serving them through defined workflows and allows the employees to access, review and modify their employment information at the end of your fingertips.

1. SUMMARY OF OUR PRIVACY POLICY

This notice applies across all websites that we own and operate and all services we provide and any other apps or services we may offer (for example, events or training). For the purpose of this notice, we’ll just call them our ‘services’. If you are an iCONN HRM user, this notice applies to you too! When we say ‘personal data’ we mean identifiable information about you, like your name, email, address, telephone number, bank account details, payment information, support queries, community comments, anything related to HR services and so on. 2. WHO ARE WE?

When we refer to ‘we’ (or ‘our’ or ‘us’), that means iCONN HRM and all its wholly owned subsidiaries. We provide an easy-to-use global online HR solution platform for Companies and their Employees. This is a Comprehensive HRM software that integrates core and strategic HR functions into one solution.

We store your name and contact information, but we don't store credit card numbers (except with your permission and in one of our secured payment gateways). When you use this service, we may collect and process information about your actual location. We use various technologies to determine location, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, GPS and other sensors that may, for example, provide Google with information on nearby devices, details about your browser, WIFI access points and cell towers, Pages that you have visited before and other information on how you use the service.

We use this information to improve our websites and services and to develop our new product in order to give you a great experience.


5. HOW DO WE USE THE DATA WE COLLECT?

  1. iCONN HRM may collect and may make use of personal information to assist in the operation of our website and to ensure delivery of the services you need and request. At times, we may find it necessary to use personally identifiable information as a means to keep you informed of other possible products and/or services that may be available to you from us. iCONN HRM may also be in contact with you with regards to completing surveys and/or research questionnaires related to your opinion of current or potential future services that may be offered.
  2. iCONN HRM does not now, nor will it in the future, sell, rent or lease any of our customer lists and/or names to any third-party marketing firms.
  3. iCONN HRM may deem it necessary to follow websites and/or pages that our users may frequent in an effort to gleam what types of services and/or products may be the most popular to customers or the general public.
  4. iCONN HRM may disclose your personal information, without prior notice to you, only if required to do so in accordance with applicable laws and/or in a good faith belief that such action is deemed necessary or is required in an effort to:

  8. iCONN HRM will be collecting GPS locations solely for the purpose of the Geo Tagging feature to assess attendance and other HR related services.


6. HOW DO WE PROTECT YOUR INFORMATION?

We may store your data manually or electronically. Any data stored electronically will be stored in secure servers, and any data stored manually will be stored in our datacenters hosted with Amazon Web Services located in the Singapore region.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted to our websites and any transmission is at your own risk.

Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorised access. When possible, encryption is used, both in transit and storage. Access controls within the organisation limit who may access information.


7. COOKIES POLICY & YOUR CHOICE IN INFORMATION USE

This site uses cookies – small text files that are placed on your machine to help the site provide a better user experience. In general, cookies are used to retain user preferences, store information for things like products purchasing, and provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications like Google Analytics. 9. CHILDRENS’ PERSONAL INFORMATION

iCONN HRM does not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under the age of Eighteen (18) without verifiable parental consent. If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of Eighteen (18), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database. Anyone under the age of Eighteen (18) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.


10. HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We keep your information for as long as you have a valid registration. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement. If you request us to remove your information via support@iconnlabs.io We will respond to you within 30 days and remove your information. Upon removal, such information will be completely removed from iCONN HRM.


11. EXTERNAL LINKS ON OUR WEBSITES

11.1 Third-party service providers

We may employ professional services from companies and individuals to help us operate our websites.

All professional service providers are required to take appropriate security measures to protect your data in line with our policies. We do not allow them to use your data for their own purposes. We permit them to process your data only for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

Where your data is shared with third parties, we will seek to share the minimum amount necessary.

11.2 Analytics and other third-party tools

We employ third-party tools to monitor and analyze the use of our websites, and to automate certain processes related to the development and operation of our websites.

iCONN HRM reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at www.iconnhrm.io, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time iCONN HRM decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
