If it is determined that such information has been inadvertently collected on anyone under the age of Eighteen (18), we shall immediately take the necessary steps to ensure that such information is deleted from our system’s database. Anyone under the age of Eighteen (18) must seek and obtain parent or guardian permission to use this website.


We keep your information for as long as you have a valid registration. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreement. If you request us to remove your information via We will respond to you within 30 days and remove your information. Upon removal, such information will be completely removed from iCONN HRM.
